Returns
Yes, we accept returns within the US! Please let us know the reason for the return within 30 days of delivery at hi@getdeja.com, and we will send you the address to return it to. You will get a full refund for your order once it is received.
Damaged Item
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
Stolen / Misplaced Package
Please provide us with a safe location for delivery when you place your order. We are not responsible for stolen packages. In the case of mis-delivered items, we will launch an inquiry with the carrier and propose a way to resolve the situation.
